The Praeludium Chronograph in British racing green is the latest addition to the Praeludium-collection. It highlights the vintage feel of the collection and the rough Shell Cordovan strap makes it a robust timepiece. The dial has a two-tone finish and the colors are very distinguished. Due to the lithography technic used in the outer ring of the dial, it changes color in different shades of light.

Specifications
The Praeludium Chronograph shows you the time in hours, minutes and seconds and has a chronograph function. The watch is water resistant up to 3 bar and protected on both sides by a thick sapphire crystal with a double anti-reflection coating. Its case is made out of stainless steel and is mounted with a hand made Shell Cordovan strap with a folding clasp or a Milanaise bracelet.

The beating heart of the Praeludium Chronograph
The beating heart the Praeludium Chronograph is a Swiss automatic chronograph-caliber with 48 hours of power reserve. It houses 27 jewels and runs with 28.800 beats per hour. By using the movement of your wrist the caliber is able to wind it self. The movement is decorated with perlage, heat blued screws and is coated with rhodium. The movements rotor is decorated with circular Cote de Geneve and plated with 18 carat rose gold. With great pride our crest of Staudt has been engraved on the rotor of this mechanical piece of art.

We use a special technique to make our dials
The color of the outer ring of the dials in our Praeludium collection are build in 12 layers. Therefore we use a century-old lithography machine. The outer ring of the dial is spray painted by hand. Want to learn more?
